IMPACT4YOU retains the right to make changes to this Privacy statement. We recommend referring to this Privacy statement on a regular basis, so you will be aware of all potential changes.

IMPACT4YOU and Personal Information:

IMPACT4YOU takes the protection of personal information seriously. We have adopted the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to redesign our program for data protection and data security. The new European legislation has been incorporated into our internal procedures, the training of our staff and the design of our processes, systems and relevant (internal) documentation.

We have established the principles for dealing with personal information in the IMPACT4YOU Code of Conduct that applies to all IMPACT4YOU employees:

  • An employee working on an engagement keeps the information he or she obtains confidential;

  • IMPACT4YOU has a global Information Security Policy. This policy is based on common sector standards and European privacy legislation;
  • Using the most recent technology and encryption methods, client and personal information is secured against data leaks, unauthorized access, and unlawful processing.
  • IMPACT4YOU has a procedure in place to report data leaks in accordance with the Data Leaks (Reporting Obligation) Act (Wet Meldplicht datalekken).
